After nearly twenty years of artistic evolution, the ambitious Fucked Up is nearing the conclusion of its groundbreaking Zodiac project. The Canadian hardcore experimental band has introduced Grass Can Switch Stones, a trilogy consisting of ten parts that aims to encapsulate their extensive two-decade journey.
The first chapter, titled 365 Days Of The Goat, is scheduled for release on December 12 through Tankcrimes.This final segment will also feature the albums 365 days Of The Monkey and 365 Days Of The Rooster, creating a unified narrative that spans almost five hours of music. These three releases will revisit and reinterpret themes,characters,and sounds from all nine previous entries in the Zodiac series,weaving together elements from the band’s rich history into one compelling story.
The ten segments of Grass Can Switch Stones are set to be unveiled throughout the year:
- 365 Days Of The Goat, launching this December (single LP)
- 365 Days Of The Monkey, anticipated in Spring 2026 (double LP)
- 365 Days of The rooster em>, projected for Autumn 2026 (double LP), coinciding with the 20th anniversary of their inaugural entry in this series, titled< em > 365 Days Of The Dogs em>(October 2006).
