Named “Frozen Frequencies,” this innovative event invites attendees to lace up their skates and glide across the ice while enjoying an electrifying performance by the DJ duo, Polar Bears.
While many electronic music artists metaphorically discuss breaking the ice with their fans, DJ duo Polar Bears are taking a literal approach with their upcoming event, “Frozen Frequencies: An Ice Skating Dance Music Experience.”
This is not your average concert or rave where attendees are crammed together. Instead, Polar Bears will perform directly from the rink, allowing guests to skate freely throughout the show.
The event is scheduled for september 6th at mullett Arena in Tempe,Arizona. Organizers describe it as a revolutionary concept in live music. While most DJs remain stationary during performances, Polar Bears are pushing boundaries.
“We have always aimed to transform how audiences engage with our shows,” said Zero, one half of the duo and it’s visual designer. “Performing on actual ice while fans skate around us is something entirely groundbreaking—we’re developing an elaborate production specifically designed for this venue.”
The ticket price for those aged 18 and older includes skate rentals as well. the duo believes that fans are eager for a shift from conventional concert experiences towards something more interactive. The event promises an immersive environment featuring snow machines, dazzling laser displays, and a unique production crafted right atop the ice.
