American black metal band Abigail Williams, led by the visionary frontman Ken Sorceron, alongside guitarists Vance Valenzuela of Vale Of Pnath, bassist John Porada, formerly of Nachtmystium and Wolvhammer, and drummer Mike Heller strong>(< strong>Anxiousness Manufacturing unit, Malignancy) is gearing up to unveil their second single titled ”Restful Nights” from their upcoming album, A Void Internal Existence.. This track promises to be an intense experience.
< strong>Sorceron strong > shares his thoughts: “This piece emerged during the stillness of night when everything felt empty. The title, < em>A Void Internal Existence em > , encapsulates a feeling that lingered throughout my writing process. There’s a profound sense of isolation woven into these tracks that stemmed from deeper emotions than I anticipated. As the world outside crumbled, so did my inner self.” p>
“I aimed to transcend the limits we explored on our previous work, < em>Budge Beyond the Darkish em > . Musically, emotionally, and spiritually – no topic was off-limits. I crafted this album with a vision in mind; with renowned producer Dave Otero strong > handling mixing duties and Mike Heller strong > overseeing production logistics, every element came together just as I envisioned it – raw, powerful, and overwhelming. This record delves into themes of absence; it’s about stripping away what isn’t genuine – examining the void left behind. If anything remains after that exploration – perhaps it’s truth itself or maybe just emptiness.” p>
“In any case,” he continues, “this is my most authentic work yet. < em>A Void Internal Existence em > transcends being merely an album; it’s a transformative journey through fire where only shadows and silence endure.” p>
< strong>The new album by Abigail williams will be available on July 18th. strong>. Produced by Sorceron himself and mixed by acclaimed engineer Dave Otero (known for his work with Aborted and Akhlys), the album also features striking cover art created by Eliran Kantor (who has worked with Testament and Bloodbath).
